    Ordering an ID Card using our website is very easy. Select the type of card that you would like and enter the requested details and attached your CAA Certificate.

    Once your order has been received, we will have it processed and dispatched within 24 hours.

  • Operator ID

    It's now a legal requirement to have an Operator ID Sticker displayed on all drones and model aircraft before it can be used. If you don't have an Operator ID as yet, then you can get one by clicking on the following link: Register as an Operator with the CAA

    We offer a few different styles of Operator ID Stickers. Basic Operator ID, QR Coded Operator ID Stickers and we also offer an Operator ID Database Registraton service, where if you lose your drone and if someone finds it, they see a Scan to Call Sticker with the QR Code and when scanned it will display your preferred contact details.

    How long until my order is posted?

    All orders are processed and posted within 24 hours of receiving payment, unless we need to contact you with regards to some of the details supplied.

    How is it posted?

    We use Royal Mail 2nd class postage and all items are posted in a hard backed envelope to ensure that the products reach you in pristine quality.

    Can I return my order?

    If your order is faulty on arrival just get in touch and explain what the problem is. We normally ask for some pictures and replace the order. When you receive your order and if there are any damages, we would kindly ask for you to send us a photo showing the issues. Once a decision has been made, we will create a new item and have it posted out to you.

    What is an Operator ID?

    An Operator ID is supplied by the CAA and is a legal requirement for all drones to have one displayed before taking flight. If you don’t have an Operator ID, then you can register for one here

    Do I need a Flyer ID?

    If you own a drone and its under 249g then you don’t require a Flyer ID, although its good practice to have one as they are free. It shows that you have completed the CAA Training and have a Certificate of completion. You can get one here
